CNC Plant Begins Testing - The Plan 916 US-East Manufacturing Facility brings CNC plant online for final testing during the month of April. The addition of the CAM environment is capable of scaling from 4 - 32 units per hour (roughing). The Plant is expected to be fully commissioned around May 1, 2011.

Plan 916 commissions the design and manufacturing of a custom CNC Machine. This significant milestone marks a turning point in our business and will allow us to serve a broader client base and larger production runs. Delivery is scheduled for February 2011.

August 2010
Plan 916 fulfills a bulk order for multiple custom guitars for one of the largest Global IT Services organizations. Serial Number 001 was played live on stage at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas by Patrick Hand (Loverboy, The Guess Who).

Manufacturing, Studio, and R&D Facilities
Plan 916 Customs operates three primary facilities across the USA. THe US-East plant is dedicated to all CAM operations from roughing through base material finishing. US-West, located in Sacramento, CA is the primary studio and final assembly plant. All finishing work including kustom paint and other art, hardware and electronics installation, and final quality control are performed at US-West. Our US-North facility is located in Ft. Wayne, IN, and is dedicated to the manufacturing of our next-generation line of pickups and amplifiers. These lines are due for release in late Q4 2011 and Q4 2012, respectively.
