With over 25 years of experience in traditional California art on nearly any medium, Matt was born into custom car building and paint. A highly decorated master of his crafts, Matt has earned multiple first place awards at prominent car shows and Autoramas. Leveraging his creative talent and drive to improve upon the design of guitars, Matt conceived of Plan 916 in 2006. The mission was simple; break all of the rules and build guitars that are superior in design, workmanship, and aesthetics.

Matt holds multiple engineering accreditations from Joe Mondello including advanced race engine building and cylinder head design. At Plan 916 Customs, Matt combines his in-depth knowledge of designing and building processes with his advanced skills in the traditional arts. This combination is the essence of Plan 916 Customs' creativity.

Kris Domich

Kris Domich manages the day to day operations of Plan 916 Customs including all manufacturing, supply chain, and sales activities. Kris has over 18 years of experience with Fortune 500 relationship management and sales experience. As a key part of multiple executive management teams, Kris has built and sold numerous multi-million dollar companies with global footprints.

At Plan 916 Customs, Kris ensures that all barriers are cleared for the creative processes to flourish. Kris is responsible for client, supplier, and investor interactions and is the point of contact for press inquiries.
